Description: This is a great resource to add to any website as it allows your visitors to swap links with you and they never have to contact you to get the link swap done. This program checks the URL they enter and if it contains a link to your site then their link is added. It uses codes based on decimal IP addresses to track links inbound and outbound and displays the top three inbound links at the top of the list and the remaining seven are listed randomly. This give sites linking to you an incentive to send more traffic as they will be listed in bold and at the top of the list if they do.
