Description: This little beauty will scroll text in the form of a message or link. It is extremely configurable allowing you to determine the direction of the scroll, the width and height of your text, the background color, multiple messages and links can be used, the speed at which the text scrolls, where to position it on the document and how long to pause before each message is scrolled. This will work in Netscape 4.0+, Netscape 6.0+ and Internet Explorer 5.0+.
